You must have our warranty for 1 month before using our program, however, if you send us a picture of your order ID, Pictures of your device, and include your serial number on day 1, we will cover your warranty starting day 1 if you have 0 damage at the beginning.
If you would like for us to fix your device and you sign up for our warranty, you will get a $30 discount.
